We usually process all orders within a couple working days, but autographed items require extra time.

We ship orders exclusively via the U.S. Postal Service (USPS), using media mail or first class mail, and sometimes priority mail.
Some shipments are sent without tracking numbers.
You may order multiple items for shipment in the same package, but shipments weighing more than 13 ounces will cost more. If you order multiple items, we will try to combine them into the same package, and we will automatically refund any excess shipping fees. Refund may take 72 hours.
We charge extra fees for shipments to APO/FPO addresses, and for international orders. See below.

International customers CAN purchase vinyl records from our friends at RevHQ.com, but other than that, we DO NOT offer international shipping anymore.
If you are a customer outside the U.S., we CANNOT ship to you. Sorry. Please read the explanations below.
We suggest you have a friend in the U.S. make a purchase for you using a U.S. credit card account, and then we will ship the order to your friend's address in the U.S., and then your friend can be responsible for mailing it to you.
However, we CANNOT ship to consignment/forwarding services. We've had too many shipments lost or damaged by third party shippers. No exceptions.
Why don't we ship outside the U.S. anymore?
There are seven reasons for this:
We have learned the hard way that international shipping is too expensive, too slow, too unreliable, and too risky.
The only way we can ship to countries outside the U.S. is by using International Overnight Express Mail, which costs a minimum of $220USD and is not available for all countries.
If you are outside the U.S. and you would still like to order something, and you are willing to pay these outrageously expensive shipping costs, please send us a message using our contact form, and we will try to help you. DO NOT PURCHASE UNTIL WE HAVE REPLIED TO YOUR MESSAGE.

PLEASE check your email spam/junkmail folder to see if we have sent you any messages about your order. If we don't have your correct email address, then obviously we cannot communicate with you, can we? So, please make sure you provided a correct email address when you ordered. If you didn't provide a correct email address, notify us immediately!
If you haven't received your order within 10 days of the ship date, please wait a couple more days.
You should also check with your postal mail carrier and your local delivery post office to see if your shipment is being held at the post office. You must contact your LOCAL DELIVERY POST OFFICE, the one that serves YOUR address. Or, talk directly to the mail carrier person on your route.
BEFORE YOU ORDER, please verify that the mailing address you provided is accurate and correct. If you gave us an incorrect address, notify us IMMEDIATELY by using the contact form below.
If we already shipped your order to that incorrect address, well that's a real mess. First we will have to wait for the shipment to be returned to us, and then you have to provide us a new corrected address, and then you have to send us money for the cost of re-shippin. Only after all that can we re-ship it to the correct address. Again, you will be required to pay for the cost of re-shipping. It ain't our fault if you gave us the wrong address, dumbass.
If we mail your shipment to your address and it is returned to us by the postal service, you will NOT get a refund.
If you wish to re-order, we WILL NOT re-send to the same address; we can't make the same mistake twice.

RETURNS / REFUNDS
Returns/exchanges of defective merchandise are allowed if you notify us within 24 hours of delivery. Contact us IMMEDIATELY via email using the contact form, include your transaction receipt, and we will send you instructions.

If you have an issue with a vinyl record, please try playing it on at least two turntables; most vinyl record issues are caused by turntable issues.
